Q: IS IT OK TO HAVE TWO DIFFERENT STYLES OR BRANDS OF TIRES ON MY BIKE? A: It is recommended that you not only have the same brand of tires but also the same style of tires as well. One example of this reasoning is if bike is being ridden on a curvy road, and the type of road surface changes, i.e.. from black top to concrete, and the tires are not matched, they may flex laterally at a different rate, causing handling problems.
Q: IF A TIRE SITS ON A SHELF FOR A LONG TIME WILL IT BECOME HARD AND CRACK PRE-MATURELY? A: Sometimes. It depends on how the tire was stored. If it is stored out of direct sunlight, and away from any electrical motors, lights, or electrical fields of any kind, the tires should be fine.
Q: HOW CAN I GET THE MAXIMUM MILEAGE FROM MY MOTORCYCLE TIRES? A: There are many reasons why the same  tires on the same kind of bike will wear at different rates. The type of road surfaces is one of many reasons, along with different riding styles. The most important thing you can do as a consumer is to keep the proper inflation in the tires at all times. It is estimated that up to 50% of all bike tires on the highway are under-inflated for the load they are carrying. The proper inflation keeps the tires running, as cool as possible. The cooler, the longer the tires will wear.
Q: HOW FAST CAN I GET MY TIRES? A: If the tires you want are in the stock, and you call us before 11 A.M. Eastern Time, we will ship the same day. Depending on your location, and how it is shipped, it could take from one to fourteen days. If you call us on our toll-free number, we can tell you that over the phone, in most cases.
